Working with the freeholders Retirement Security Ltd and the leaseholders it was presented to do a major overhaul of the 25 year old lifts as they had become tired and unreliable with obsolescence of parts.

What We Did
The work involved the complete replacement of all major components namely the control system, the hydraulic power unit, the door operator, full rewire, enhancement of the car interior, cellulose spraying of the landing doors and all user push buttons also bringing the lift in line with current legislation for safe working on lifts.
Outcome
The appearance, ride quality and reliability of the lifts were dramatically improved and the tenants felt re assured to use the lifts again.
